QuestionWhat version of Win10 does this PC have? Home? Pro?

- Answer Unfortunately it is not the Pro/Business version of windows 10. I bought it for work and had to have the IT folks upgrade windows to the business version which I needed for our company network and Outside VPN software. Hope I’m explaining that correctly.

QuestionI am using two external monitors both are Dell. If the computer is inactive the unit goes to sleep but when it is woken only one of the monitors is recognized. Going to the monitors configuration the monitor is not detected. Suggestions?

QuestionI received my new Omen Laptop yesterday. As I started typing on it and realized that the Home & End keys are embedded in the numbers pad which forces you to turn off the numbers pad in order to use these Keys. Any suggestions: e.g. programming a key?

- Answer I should not have included the END Key in my question. With that correction, the Home & 7 share a common key. How do you use one or the other without using the Num Lock Key?
