QuestionDoes this omen x have an sd card in it and does it come with everything I need? Do I need to buy anything for it other than the monitor, mouse and keyboard? Last thing, how much memory does it come with and are the lights in front costumizable? Thank you

- Answer It has a 3 in 1 card reader. From my understanding this is for the tower only for you to build your own computer with the case. You'll need to buy everything to make it running. It clearly list what it has and what it is capable of holding. The over $2000 one has all the hardware already inside.
