yes even though it doesn't have USB 4 the USB C does allow it to output easily

Yes - the USB-C ports on the left side of the laptop both support display out to monitors. As I write this I am viewing my desktop on 2 external monitors. It works great. You just need to make sure the display cable is the right kind - USB-C with video output.
