“This fully-updated laptop does not work with any of three Bluetooth audio devices older than Bluetooth version 5.0. It works only on two Bluetooth audio devices that use Bluetooth 5.0. Anyone experiencing this? Did I get a dud?”

Andrew, thank you for your question about this HP OmniBook Ultra! After seeing your other question, you may need to exchange the laptop. Both the Wi-fi and Bluetooth interface are on the same card and it may be defective. You can check with Best Buy for an exchange or for support if you are within the return period. I am sorry about your negative experience.
