• This laptop comes with 8 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB). Yes, there is space for a M.2 solid state drive on this laptop.

• There is one 8GB stick of DDR4 3200 SODIMM RAM in this laptop. There are two slots for RAM. The laptop comes with one 256Gb M.2 NVME drive. It can be upgraded. I replaced mine with a 1TB Western Digital NVME drive. Model#WDS100T2B0C. There is also a slot for a 2.5 inch SSD.
