Yes it has the second one, with one big exhaust in the back. It should work fine, but if not I’d suggest googling videos to help you use Ryzen controller to reduce temps. Buying a cooling pad will also help, and keeping it elevated. But even then with the Ryzen 5 4600H and GTX 1650 I don’t think thermals will be a huge issue
