Is this compatible with the Oculus Rift S? null

This laptop doesn’t have display port, and therefore, Rift S cannot connect to it. I tried one of the usb C to display port adapters, but it doesn’t work.

Yes! The Oculus quest 2 is compatible with all Rift games, and fully functional hand tracking system.
