• Windows 10 Home. Windows 10 S computers allow for free upgrades to Windows 10 Home but the caveat is that you can't downgrade back to Windows 10 S. Windows 10 S usually ships with budget laptops using a Ryzen 3 or I3 processor if you are looking specifically for that OS.
