“How good are the speakers? My current HP, and no I don't know the model, has bad sound. I can crank it up and I have a difficult time hearing it. Never had that problem with a laptop before. Just wondering if people were pleased with this model's sound. Thanks.”

• It's fine. I wouldn't call it "amazing", but it's not bad. Beats Audio branded. But they are laptop speakers.

• So far I find the audio to be good. Of course, when you connect this laptop with an HDMI then audio is played on the HDMI attached device. I play it work an external speaker. Nevertheless, laptop speakers are generally not that good. Adding an external - preferably USB - speaker is always advised.

• The sound from the speakers is good, as much as can be expected from such small speakers. Good clarity but no bass. Definitely better than any of the many other laptop PC's I've had
