- A:Answer Hello and thanks for your question. Based on the photo that you attached, they both have the same i5-1135G7 processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB SSD and Intel Iris X Graphics. However, this model the HP 15-EG0079NR, has a graphics resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a touchscreen. The model in your attached photo has 1366 x 768 graphics resolution and does not mention touch.

Q: QuestionDoes the keyboard lock? I can use voice or touch screen but unable to type anything. Makes it impossible for me to set my computer up much less install my internet security software.

- A:Answer Hi Tania. I'm sorry but I don't have a great answer for you about this. You can do many things with the Cortana virtual assistant using your voice, but you would need some kind of voice device(assistive technology) to completely control this or any other Windows PC with only your voice. There are many third-party devices that can assist with voice commands, but the computer itself can just launch some programs and allow you to speak to enter text, but it uses a combination of mouse/touchscreen to get there.
