“Does anyone know if this laptop is capable of running a Linux distro with everything working (keyboard, touchpad, touchscreen, function/media keys, keyboard deactivation in tablet mode, WiFi/Bluetooth, etc.)? My preferred is PopOS.”

Hello, according to Linux Pop!_OS is based off of Ubuntu which would work with this device. This is a statement from TechRadar regarding Linux on new pc's: "The hardware compatibility of Linux has increased to a point where most, if not all, popular varieties and distros can be installed on any PC with a 64-bit Intel or AMD processor. Even though basic 2D video graphics drivers work well on most systems, there is always the odd piece of hardware that requires special attention." Thank you for being an HP customer!
