“Why is my 27 day old HP all in one shutting off out of nowhere? I am in the middle of typing college work or sometimes my son is doing kindergarten assessments online and the computer shuts off by itself. It appears as though the keyboard is still on but nothing else. I go to power back on and have to wait to log on and let windows reload... my word doc is always auto saved and chrome will also restore my windows, but why is this happening in the first place?”
