If you still have the license key, you should be able to. When you install it on the new computer (after hopefully uninstalling from the old) you may need to call into Microsoft and ask them to deactivate the license key because you are no longer using the old computer but want to install it on the new one, using the same license. I've done that many times without any issue.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Shouldn't be a problem if it is legally registered to you. If it came installed on your old PC it may be useable only on that PC. Check with Microsoft. Microsofts licensing rules can be frustrating and complicated.
