• This computer comes with a Ryzen 5 CPU and Vega 8 graphics. I don't know why someone responded with an answer that makes no sense.

• No, this computer cannot handle Adobe apps. Adobe applications require at least Intel i5 or better or AMD Ryzen 5 or better with 16 gigabytes of RAM and a discrete graphics card.
