• The hard drive can be upgraded. Best Buy Geek Squad can probably switch it or you can use a tech of your choice. If you login with a microsoft account first, then upgrade the drive and reinstall windows 10, login again and it should automatically activate. I am not sure when this model was introduced. It has been out for at least a couple of years.

• Yes, you can upgrade the 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD to 1 TB. This all in one computer comes with Windows 10 Home. You can upgrade to Windows 10 Pro through the Microsoft Store on the computer or you can buy the upgrade from Best Buy. This computer came out in September 2020.
