• One of reasons I purchased this monitor was the higher resolution. You have to go into display setting and set it to the highest resolutions. I am very satisfied with my results.

• sounds like a graphics driver issue, I had a similar problem with cheese grater mac pros not doing the full resolution of a 1440P monitor at the museum I used to do IT at.

• This computer supports up to 2560 x 1440 @ 60Hz as long as your computer also supports that resolution.
