QuestionReceived a new HP Pavilion Desktop 55AQKOF. Tried using Canon printer MP495 & Canon MG2922. Bought new and installed. Will print test page and scan but will not print from web page. Get the message that computer can't find the printer on the network.

- Answer I am assuming you are referring to a HDMI monitor cable when you say HDM. This unit (HP Model: 550-a114), does not have a HDMI port. It has a VGA port so you would need to get a VGA to HDMI adapter to use a HDMI cable. Be sure and check your monitor, it might (many do) have both HDMI and VGA input ports. If that is the case, you would not need the adapter, just a standard VGA monitor cable. The unit does not include any monitor cable as sold.

QuestionI just purchased this computer. Can it be laid on it's side? The disc drive is hard to get a disc to stay in since it is sideways. Also, I did not receive a cable to connect the monitor to the computer. Is that an error or do I buy that extra? Thanks!

- Answer You can lay the computer on its side as long as you make sure the ventilation openings are not blocked. Usually one side of a computer has no ventilation for just that purpose. As for the cable to connect the monitor to the computer - the cables only come with the monitor. Good luck.

- Answer Hi- this computer would definitely be great for exactly that- This is a small computer, but it is fast and ou shouldn't have any problems at all with your children using it for research and also playing the games. It's a great computer.

QuestionThe ad says Bluetooth 4.0; does this mean I can use a Bluetooth speaker for sound since I can't use HDMI to my TV to get sound? Or is the Bluetooth just for wireless keyboard etc.?

- Answer Any bluetooth device should be able to connect. My Fitbit connects automatically as does my cellphone.

- Answer I am a big Sims fan and that was one of the first programs I installed after setting up this computer. My Sims 4 work great on this system. I have only had this system for about a month and I have had no issues with my Sims. The graphics look good and the software performs very well.
