A:AnswerYou can get it through Dell Support. You have to have the "Service Tag" which is nothing more than the serial number. It's printed very, very small on the inside of one of the legs that support the screen. It's also listed in the BIOS. Manual isn't much to write home about. There are a lot of "YOUTUBE" videos that do a great job showing great detail of not only the operation, but how to repair and replace HDD; add memory; replace a battery. etc.
