Can the ram memory be expanded? null

This can be expanded to 16GB of SDRAM.

Two slots for RAM. You can add 2, 4, or 8 gb stick in the second slot or replace the 4gb with two 8's for a total of 16. To avoid problems, I would recommend the same RAM in both slots. otherwise you may have some trouble. So either add a 4gb which is the same which comes in your machine or add two new 8GB for a total of 16.

Yes...make sure it is low voltage (1.35V) laptop memory. One slot is taken but the other is open.

This HP PC memory is not upgradable.
