Can you add another gpu to this such as an rx570. null

I doubt it will work. The length may not be long enough in the chassis to accommodate a card length of a typical rx570. Also, the psu does not have an external connector for gpu power. Maybe a gtx 1050 or 1050ti would fit. Get one that specifically follows reference design that has no external power requirement.
