• I don't see why not but it completely depends on the touchscreen monitor you are using. Check the monitor specs first. But this box comes with a full version of Win8 so it should support touch screens.

• This HP PC has a VGA and DVI-D connections, as long as the monitor has those connections you should not have any problems.
