- Answer While this is not a fast laptop, you can still answer emails, surf the web, school work, and video calls. This laptop comes in Windows 10 in S Mode. That means you can only use the Microsoft Edge browser and download apps from the Microsoft Store. You can switch out of the S Mode for free which would allow you to download other things like the Chrome browser and the Zoom app: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4456067/windows-10-switch-out-of-s-mode

- Answer Only a Microsoft Office 365 account would transfer to the new computer. You can move files and folders to the new computer. An external hard drive is the best way to transfer files.
