You’ll have to be more specific. Steam has a broad range of games that differ on the graphical requirements. If you are looking for a computer to play games, you may need a better performing computer. This is more for office work (check emails, browsing, etc)

It will depend on the game. Graphics intensive games likely will not run well, but there are some steam games that will run. The other concern would be hard drive space, with only 128 GB of storage, some of the Steam games can be rather large.
