Thank you for your question. This model should be able to run the Sims 4 with decent quality and speed. As far as laptops go, it is hard to get really amazing performance without having a dedicated GPU. If you want to have the best experience you should look for a model which has an dedicated GPU such as a GTX 1050 or so.
