- Answer The computer has one VGA port and one DisplayPort. Depending on exactly what monitors you're using, one VGA and one DisplayPort cable may be all you need. If your monitors don't have one of those, you'll need an adapter to go to the monitor. The adapter you'll need will depend on the inputs on the monitors.

QuestionHow to you get the technical support people at PlanITROI to call you back? I have called for two weeks and keep getting told "all the technicians are helping other people and we can have one call you back". NO ONE CALLS BACK!!

- Answer I would send an email to the customer service department stating that you have called several time, all techs are busy and will call you back. State that you have not received a call back. This is no way to run customer service. I worked the help desk and installed Sun unix work stations and never failed to return a call or personally work on someone's work station.

- Answer It has a built in DvD/CD drive, it will play music, but windows 10 doesn’t provide dvd software anymore with the OS so you would need to find an app that plays DVDs.

- Answer The first thing I did upon set up was to make sure my box had all needed updates applied. Which I would recommend to anyone with a new computer. This was after the patch issue was resolved, so the corrected patch was applied, but I couldnt say if it was there before I applied the updates or not.

- Answer The computer has one VGA port. I do not know about ram upgrades, when I upgrade I always check on the manufacturers website.
