QuestionI have a Dell slim desktop computer. Somehow,I clicked on airplane mode and now I can't get on the internet. I have tried to reverse it,to no avail. Is there any way to reverse it and get back on the internet or am I going to have to buy a new computer?

- Answer Hello, it is recommended to contact Best Buy directly regarding if this device has an optical drive as it is showing in the photos it does but it is not listed under the specifications if it does. - Answer I have mine unit sitting on it's side and it works just fine. You'd need to be careful with loading a dvd and also make sure that you have adequate airflow to the unit .... but other than that I use mine on it's side. I think the company would recommend that you have it flat on its bottom though.

- Answer I don’t know if your router connected or want wireless. If you want wireless forget it. Still don’t have it hooked up for 2 months and couldn’t get proper technical support. If connected router direct then I wouldn’t know.

- Answer I comes with a wired keyboard and mouse. I plugged my WIFI directly into the computer and I don't know anything about a vga port. I plugged my speakers into the computer also.
