What is the resolution of this computer? null

Screen resolution is determined by the monitor. The only thing that would be determined by the tower would be if it had a good graphics card which would be needed more for a HAD monitor. If the tower has the plug for your monitor, it's all based on the monitor. But if you have a monitor with an HDMI, you would need to make sure your tower has that plug type
