The graphics card (AMD Radeon RX 580) has 4 ports, one HDMI and 3 additional Display Ports. So long as you have the right cables, you should be able to use two monitors no problem. Also the card has 8GB of dedicated VRAM. It should be able to handle CAD and Photoshop without major slowdowns.
