• Yes you can if your printer and phone are connected over the same wifi.

• Yes!..I have android and I use the * hammermi * app to print from my phone. It seems to work better than the print program from phone. HOPE this helped.

• They have an app at the Google Play Store. That enabled wireless printing from my Android Tablet. It would depend on if the app is compatible with your phone. The app is free so download and try. HP list the printers their app supports here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03722645

• Yes, it uses a program called eprint by HP and you can send an email to it to print if you are not in a wifi area. If you are in wifi or near the printer and have bluetooth, it will recognize it and print.
