Have you tried asking HP customer Service about your problem? I had the same problem some time ago and tried the things you've tried and It resolved the problem for me, but that was on a different model HP printer. I would also try re-starting your computér after you make those changes on your printer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try going to print preview on your computer to see if an option needs to be changed to single sided. Sometimes it has to be changed in all locations. Then double check single sided is also selected on the printer itself. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ok, Gacky, have you tried unchecking the 'collated' and 'duplex printing' check boxes? Additionally, If your printing from your iPad, you might have to change the print settings in the iPad print dialogue box, as well as, the HP print dialogue box. Best standard practice is to set all your printer dialogues or page set-ups as you would like them 8 times out of 10.
