“Does this work with an older computer with Windows XP? I'm currently researching printers as an Xmas gift for a family member that needs one. She has an old Dell Dimension E310 computer with Windows XP installed. Will this printer work? Also, do you absolutely need a Wifi connection to use this printer? Can you print via standard wire connection between computer and printer? Thanks”

• No problem with Windows XP. You can also run it directly connected to the computer.

• I'm not sure about Xp..I'm assuming if u have wifi..it won't matter.. but it also comes with a printer cord to connect directly with pc

• It's supposed to work with a minimum of Windows 7, 8 or 10. XP was in that area so it is worth a try.

• Pretty sure it will work with windows XP but I know for sure you can print standard via wire connection :)

• Yes, the computer will work with Windows XP SP3 and higher. You do not have to have a Wifi connection to use the printer as you can plug it into your computer via USB port.

• We've had this printer for more than a year with an older XP computer as well as numerous Apple products and it has performed flawlessly. And while its WiFi capability is what drew us to it, you can also connect via a standard printer cord.
