• remove all paper in tray. put in envelopes with the closing lid on left side and facing up. squeeze tab to envelope size. start printing. make sure your software has correct envelope size on page set-up

• Slide paper tray out till it stop. Remove sheet of paper. On the side there is gray plastic guide that close in to guide the envelopes..

• just put them up in the corner long ways thats what I have always done

• Pull the paper tray all the way out, then you can insert the envelopes and push the sides of the paper trays in, to hold the envelopes securely.

• close up the gray guides on the tray to the size you want
