• Yes, I am currently using it on my Dell desktop with Windows XP Professional, Windows 7 on my Toshiba Laptop, my Amazon Kindle HD, and Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. No issue with any of my products.

• I am currently using a Windows 8 HP Laptop and it works great. The disc that comes with it states that it works with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1 Version 32.0

This printer requires: Intel® Pentium® II, Celeron® or other 233MHz compatible processor; 750MB hard disk space; Internet Explorer 6; Windows Vista: 800MHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor.
