Make sure they seated properly. You may have to uninstall and then reinstall. May be that the connection was lost and it can't locate the IP address.

I've never had this problem so I have no solution. . My best guess why weird things like this happen is because the printers own operating software is defective.

Unplug from wall. Re plug. Should work if cartridges are correctly seated.

Had this happen too... After trying numerous things, I shut it off and turned it back on... Worked!
