My mom has this printer and doesn't have internet.

No, it doesnt print on CD. I think you need a thermal transfer printer for that. Unless you get CD labels from Avery which can be printed on using this or any other printer.

This HP Printer does not support printing on CD's. HP does not have a current printer that prints on CD's.
