“cannot print photos on photo paper followed the instructions & loaded some sample photo paper into my hp envy 5530. Response was "no paper". Since I had only 1 piece of photo paper in it, I added a few more pieces & still got the response "no paper". anyone else experienced this?”

• I had the same response and discovered I hadn't pushed the paper back far enough. Once I reinstalled the photo paper it printed just fine.
