Q: QuestionThe refurbish printer has this under specs, model: 7640 the sku: 5475400 the upc 852664023280. The new hp 7640 (not refurbished) specs, model: E4w43A#B1H sku: 8110006 UPC: 888182702413, what are the differences I thought they were the same.

• A:Answer Refurbished items have to have different UPCs and skus for inventory purposes. There is no spec differences between the two. One was repaired and the other is new.

• A:Answer The printer doesn't "have" instant ink, but it DOES support it and you can sign up for the Instant Ink Service on-line. I have it and it's an excellent service & does save you money!
