For Best Buy Refurbs I suggest that you buy the extended replacement plan; for this refurb printer it cost me about $20 for two years free replacement if the printer quits working.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The first printer they sent me didn’t work. It would not print nothing but very minimal marks on The page,no color whatsoever. I tried cleaning printwheel and aligning numerous times but nothing worked. I believe the print carriage was messed up. I called and they sent me a different refurbished one which works fine. Worst thing was I had to repackage the original one and send back to them for which they sent me a prepaid Ups label. Happy with it now.
