• I'm trying to use 8GB = 2 stick of 4GB PC4-19200 (DDR4 2400) RAM. It won't boot with both 4GB sticks. It will boot with either stick in either slot. I have tried updating the bios with same results.

• Are you trying to upgrade it to more than the supported 8gb total? and using PC4-19200 (DDR4 2400) RAM? I would also be curious if the 65w PSU can support the additional RAM as well.
