It would depend on the software of the Samsung TV you have. If you go under Settings on the laptop and click on Bluetooth and Devices, you will see a giant plus sign and add which will allow you to add a device that you wish to use. The second option after clicking on that is setup a Wireless Display or Dock. That is what you will want to click on to add the TV and then your TV should show a message about your device trying to connect and it will walk you through it from there.
