This laptop started shipping on November 2. If you go to the HP website, you can build your own version, which gives you the choice of processor, Windows option, etc. The usb c connectors are usb 3.0 compatible. The connector itself is different: the mating connectors can be oriented in either direction. One adapter dongle is included with the computer. By the way, the charger plugs into a usb-c connector.
