To some extent, the other answer is false. You can use a 4k monitor and it does have a better built in graphics card. You might find it painfully long to run conversions. I would recommend a graphics card as the other user has mentioned and avoid the non-mobile cores. You need CORES more than the video graphics card. Trust me, my 2080ti graphics card is barely touch and choked by RAM and the PROCESSOR.

No the specs are fine except for the video card. You need something like an NVIDIA GTX 1050 for this type of editing.
