While you can use your fingers to control the screen, great for zooming in or just general browsing or watching videos. No matter which stylus you use with these types of touchscreens you will not get accurate input. I wouldn't recommend using this laptop or other similar touchscreens for handwriting or drawing with a stylus. In order to get accurate input, you need to use a touchscreen specifically designed for stylus input such as a bamboo table, microsoft surface, or ipad pro with pencil.
