“Is it normal to have this kind of very mild buzzing that is felt when your fingers slide across the latptop, when it is connected to power supply? When the laptop runs on battery, I don't feel this buzz. Is this a problem or is it normal?”

I do not have any buzzing when plugged into the power supply. I was told this is solid state, meaning no moving parts.

I have had my spectre for about a month now, I haven't noticed a buzz sound or noticed any buzz feeling, not sure if that is normal.
