Does the USB-C port support thunderbolt 3? null

According to PC World's review of the product its USB-C port doesn't support thunderbolt 3.

No it does not. the USB-C port is 3.0, not 3.1. Search the internet the difference in USB 3.0 and 3.1. Its a shame that it is not though.....
