Thanks Klink but we have returned TWO of the 7th Gen Kaby Lake with this already and that's wy I asked. But both were the 13".

Figured that I'd return it if there was a problem. I've been using it over 2 weeks now and have not had any battery issues whatsoever and am very happy with my laptop. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a known issue with Intel Skylake processors and deep sleep mode. Since this has a Kaby Lake processor I wouldn't expect the same issue.
