Your tax rate is determined buy where you purchase the product or where you live if you order it on line. I purchased it at the store for this price and was not asked for proof of being a student.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I paid 1499.99 in store. As for tax it's hard to say depending on state. I can tell you in NY the sales tax was 8.875% so the total was 1633.11. As for the student ID, I didn't have to show it or anything. In the store I went to, the tag displayed 1499.99.
