Yes, it is the bigger option of that same computer. However there is 1 difference and 3 extra features. The 1 difference is this comes in a different color. It's like a very dark aluminum brown (looks dark grey from a distance) with copper trim. The 3 extra features is it has a stylus pen, a 4K display, and an Nvidia graphics card. So the extra couple hundred gets you those 3 extra features and a bigger size. It's worth it if you want to play some moderate gaming or do video editing or photo editing. Ifyou don't plan on doing any of those 3 then go for the smaller version.
