A:AnswerI did not realize the difference, but I can tell you the camera is horrible on the new HP Spectre. I, too, have an older HP Spectre (purchased in 2018) and its camera was wonderful. I guess you have explained why this new one is so bad. I bought a logitech external camera to use.

A:AnswerHi.. This sort of question really needs to be addressed to Microsoft however I'll try to help. I ran into the same problem. So, assuming that you have logged into your laptop with your Microsoft account and you bought the win 10 pro upgrade from the Microsoft store then you are experiencing the same thing I found. I could see the new license i had purchased in my MS account information BUT when I attempted to upgrade using the $99 purchase I got nowhere. Something caused my MS account to not sync with the laptop and upgrade the OS. Nothing I tried worked. So, I looked for a phone number for MS Support but it is hidden. I called the sales team at MS to complain that I'd purchased the license but it would not activate. They got me to the live support team and the person there told me what to do. They have a special license key that somehow got their license provisioning system to force my laptop to see the newly purchased win 10 pro key in my account and voila my system upgraded and now I'm on Win 10 pro. Life is good. Thus, assuming you already bought the key, you need to call MS and ask them to get you in touch with the technical support team. They can help you fix this.
