“How do you KNOW the pen is charging? I connected it out of the box and left it for a few hours & never saw any light from pen. (pen worked) A few days later I saw the flashing orange light and again connected it - no light and the pen seems "dead". Help?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! Thank you for your question regarding the HP Rechargeable MPP2.0 tilt pen included with the HP Spectre x350 (15-EB0043DX). When you connect the pen, check the USB port for a symbol of a plug as the other ports will not charge when the computer is off or on standby. The light will only blink red when the charge is low and blue/green depending on if it is paired or ready to pair with the computer. After a full charge cycle, you should not have to recharge it for many days. Should you have any other issues, please reach out to HP Support for further support.
